Memories of mountain…

Within the cordial framework of a country cottage of mountain the team of "La Fromagerie" proposes to you a Catalan inspiration's food which is traditional and original. A selection of authentic products of mountain such as for example cheese from the mountain pastures, but also a Freibourgese fondue containing Freibourgese vacherin and Swiss Gruyere, cheeses of cow or ewe or with the 3 milks melted in their crusts and the esclaffade with 5 cheeses. Many dishes containing mushrooms and let us not forget our famous “Chardon Ardent” composed of pieces of beef flambe with the banyuls.

Of course also let us not forget our fresh meats, our pastes and our pizza pies.
We prepare the foie gras, the smoked salmon, the sorbets and pastry.
All these succulent things are also been useful for the half pension in an especially reserved room for the hotel's customers.
All the team of "La Fromagerie" will be happy to accomodate you every day all the year from midday to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
