A selection of authentic products of mountain such as for example cheese from the mountain pastures, but also a Freibourgese fondue containing Freibourgese vacherin and Swiss Gruyere, cheeses of cow or ewe or with the 3 milks melted in their crusts and the esclaffade with 5 cheeses.
